Short version: we collect what you type into a search request so we can answer it. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you send us. The fields on the search request: name, email, phone, company, the role you pick, county, legal description, the kind of search and your notes. Anything you put in an email to us.
- Server logs. Our host records IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
- Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
The site runs no advertising cookies or tracking scripts. The curative index search runs in your browser and is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To answer your request, quote the work and do it if you go ahead.
- To tell you when self-serve search opens in your county, if you asked for early access.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires, and to keep the site secure.
Who else handles it
Google Firebase hosts the site and Google Cloud Firestore stores search requests, in the United States. Email to hello@title.wiki passes through our domain's mail forwarding. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with data brokers or ad networks.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it: email hello@title.wiki with "Privacy request" in the subject. If you live in Texas, California or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have these rights under that law, and we answer within the time it allows. There's no charge.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept while we're working with you, and after that for as long as business and tax records have to be kept. The site is served over HTTPS, and Google encrypts the stored data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
